Career Mentoring Scheme
Mentoring is a one-to-one partnership between two people which focuses on personal development. Usually the relationship is between someone who is more experienced and someone who is less experienced. The Career Mentoring Scheme pairs student mentees with professionals who mentor and help them to make decisions about their career.
